Finis own the Curves franchise
that operates out of activity room 3 at the Centre.
We work very closely with them and their
staff, to ensure that we are good hosts and that the program matches the
ethos of the Centre. They are great people and great to work with.
I can't guarantee that they won't make
you sweat, but they will make you welcome and comfortable whilst in the
Centre.
The program
is a 30 minute in and out, women's
only, circuit based fitness gym.
If you come between 9.00am and 12.30pm
weekdays, you can park your kids in the
Crèche
(school holiday places need to be
booked, are limited, and on a first come first served basis)
You can drop your older kids at their
sport program, duck down to Curves and still be back in time to cheer
them on before you leave.... perfect! |
